Charity football match in the Tullyally area of Londonderry raises a fantastic £1,065 in memory of Couchie

Fundraising Event

A recent charity football match in the Tullyally area of Londonderry raised a fantastic £1,065 in memory of Couchie a local charity fundraising legend who died suddenly 10 years ago. Couchie and his family have supported the meningitis cause since the tragic loss of little Jamie Cowey 20 years ago to meningitis and sepsis. Jamie’s parents Emma and Darren have organised numerous events during that time also. This year 4 teams in the kit of Manchester United, Liverpool, Rangers and of course Northern Ireland participated.

Rangers won the tournament! Our grateful thanks to Emma, Daren, Couches family and everyone involved in this very successful event.
