Emma participated in the Fleet Half marathon and completed the 13.1 miles in 2 hours 6 minutes; 4 minutes faster than her target time!
She has raised more than £700 in honour of her late aunt Gillian and Gillian’s daughter Grace. Gillian passed away from meningitis in 2005 while she was pregnant with Grace. The funds raised by Emma will be used to support the fight against meningitis. This is a significant contribution to raising awareness and supporting efforts to prevent and treat meningitis.
