Charlie and Mary, together with their son Julian and his wife Suzanne, have for a very long time been generous benefactors to the meningitis cause, including the core funding to establish the Spencer Dayman Meningitis Laboratories at the University of Bristol in 2002.

Charlie and Mary have donated a significant amount of their time, energy and money to so many charitable causes for over four decades” said Steve Dayman, Founder. “On behalf of everyone associated with the meningitis cause, we extend our best wishes and gratitude to a truly wonderful couple.
