We are very grateful to the Edward Dee Fund who marked World Meningitis Day on 5th October by making a generous donation of £2,000 to Spencer Dayman Meningitis Research.
Edwards Fund was set up by his parents Liz and Justin after his death aged 10 from meningitis and sepsis in 2016. “The spirit of Edward is the very core of all that we do. We focus on raising awareness of meningitis and sepsis and supporting the advancement of medical knowledge and research into these diseases. Said Liz “ Steve Dayman was my first contact after we lost Edward. I will always be grateful for his time and company. I am happy to call him a friend”
